How it works
From a long list of symptoms to a clear starting point
Answer the questionnaire
Tell the app about your symptoms, history and what you have tried. When you finish, your results are saved under a random code, not your name.
See your snapshot
Your snapshot shows the patterns your answers point to. It is a starting point for a conversation with a practitioner, not a diagnosis.
Track how you feel
Rate your energy and stress, log flares and what you are trying, and, if you choose, track your cycle. Tracking stays on your phone.
Add labs and share your code
Enter lab values and tap Save and summarize my labs to get a plain-language summary of what each lab generally measures. Share your code with a practitioner you choose, or find one in the app who uses Etio.

No account
You do not sign up, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address.
Mostly on your phone
Daily tracking, flares and cycle dates are never sent to us. Only what you choose to send leaves your phone.
No ads or tracking
No advertising, no analytics, and no tracking across other apps or websites. We never sell your information.
Your permission first
Lab summaries are written by an AI service. The app asks for your OK before the first send, and sends only lab names and numbers.
Delete it all in one tap
“Delete all my data” clears your phone and your results stored under your code. Codes also expire 30 days after your last update.
You decide who sees it
Anyone who has your code can load your results, so share it only with a practitioner you choose.

Good to know
Is this medical advice?
No. Etio Health gives general information. It does not diagnose, treat or replace your health care provider. Always ask a qualified provider before you start, stop or change any treatment, medication or supplement.
Who can use it?
Etio Health is for adults 18 and older. The app asks you to confirm this the first time you open it.
What does it cost?
Etio Health starts with a free 14-day trial that covers tracking. Saving and summarizing labs needs a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and Apple handles payment.
Who sees my results?
Only people you give your code to. A practitioner who loads your code may save your results as a case in Etio, our separate tool for practitioners, where their own professional duties and Etio’s policy apply.
How do I get help or delete my data?
Open the app and tap “Delete all my data,” or visit our support page.
